Mrs See-Toh Wai Keong

Ms See-Toh is the Corporate Governance Advisor of the Group. She advises the Group on issues of governance, corporate citizenship and social responsibility, and leads the Group on issues of accreditation and quality improvements. Prior to joining the Company in 2007, she was a Vice-President with DBS Bank where she held varied portfolios including outsourcing governance, operational risk management, information services and document management, market data, and research administration. She was a Manager with the National Productivity Board from 1987 to 1992 and her portfolio included quality improvements, productivity information services, training and management consultancy administration, and human resource management. She also helped lay the groundwork for the establishment of the Singapore Open University. Prior to this, she was with the Singapore Press Holdings from 1980 to 1986 where she supported the group in their information needs. Her social contributions included having served four terms in the Advisory Committee, Division of Information Studies, School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University from 1993 to 2002. In addition, she serves as a member of the PCF Community Foundation, which manages PAP Kindergartens in Aljunied-Hougang since 2000. |
